Manuscript Submission/ 投稿指南

All papers will be reviewed and if accepted, authors must consider possible corrections in the final submission. Authors can consider two types of submissions:

  • Regular Papers (6-10 pages).
  • Abstracts (consider oral or poster presentation only, abstract will not be published into conference proceedings)

Regular papers are limited to 10 double-column pages, papers exceed Six pages will be charged at 70 USD/per page.

All the accepted regular full papers will be included in Conference Proceedings. At least one author of accepted papers are required to participate this year's conference and make a presentation.

Reviewing Procedure

  • The submitted papers undergo an initial screening to check if the papers meet the submission guidelines, formatting requirements, and general suitability for the conference.
  • All papers will go through plagiarism checker.
  • Each paper will go through a blind peer-review carried out by reviewers in ICET Scientific Committee.
  • If revisions are requested, the authors are given a specific timeframe within which to address the reviewers' comments and make necessary revisions to the paper.

    • Final Camera Ready Paper

    After a paper is accepted, minor revisions may be requested. Regular papers are required to be presented at the conference. All accepted regular papers must fully comply with the conference format for the final camera ready submission.

    投稿方式：

    • 全文 (限双栏10页以内, 文章超过6页需加收每页510元超页费)
    • 摘要 (仅限于ICET会议做报告，不出版至会议论文集)

    审稿流程：

  • 所有提交的论文将进行初步筛选，检查论文是否符合投稿指南、格式要求以及是否符合该会议主题。
  • 所有论文都将经过查重检测。
  • 每篇论文将由ICET科学委员会的审稿人进行匿名同行评审，对论文进行全面的评估。
  • 如果需要修订，作者将获得一定的时间段回应审稿人的反馈，并对论文进行必要的修订。

    • 录用并注册的全文将收录至会议论文集中，会议期间每一个分会报告中将评选出一位最佳口头报告。

    文章接收之后请根据审稿意见修改终稿，终稿应按照文章模板排版，提交终稿后不能修改。
